The past month or so has been a lot of fun, and I've even gotten a few more of my goals checked off!

I put together a simple St. Patrick's day party in the park. Livia happened to have the day off school, so it was perfect!
Jane likes to pick out her own clothes. She was hoping to wear this masterpiece to church one Sunday. Um...no.
#23 Visit Filoli Gardens
Filoli is this lovely estate in Woodside. The gardens are phenomenal, but the house itself is pretty amazing, too.
Have I ever mentioned that Livia has established a little store in our living room? It contains all her creations: books, drawings, braided bracelets, random other crafts she makes up....I'm torn between admiration for her entrepreneurial spirit, and annoyance with having to now purchase everything she makes. It's a tough market. I'm her only client and I can only buy so much!
I worked with a few friends to throw a baby shower for Celeste. Can't wait to meet her little boy!

We had Easter dinner with Chase's brother and his family. It's so nice to have some family close by!
Livia's school has an annual walk-a-thon fundraiser. She ended up walking about 3 miles.

Mother's day tea at school. Livia was very excited about the fact that her teacher provided special herbal tea for those who couldn't have regular tea, and insisted on preparing the tea for me. Poor kid had no clue what to do, and tore open the tea bag and dumped the contents in the cup before I could stop her. Luckily the hot water wasn't working, so I was able to opt for some lemonade. She really wanted to try the tea though, so filled it with cold water and took a sip. The horrified look on her face was priceless.
I also completed #9 Roast a chicken and #81 Leave a 20 dollar tip for a meal less than 20 dollars.
Still working on #26 Potty train Jane, but thank heavens she's finally turned the corner. I swear I thought I was going to lose my mind, because after two months she was still having accidents all the time. Livia only took about a week. We took a nice 3 week long break from trying, and when we started back up again she was suddenly remembering to go! I still wouldn't call her trained yet, but we've made some serious progress, and I am so relieved!
And in case you're wondering about Chase, he just works. A LOT. Poor guy...I don't know how he survives on so little sleep!
